Working with Matthew and his team was nothing short of fun and exciting! We've heard horror stories from others that built custom homes, but Royal Homes helped us throughout the entire process and we absolutely love our new home.
The attention to detail is what really made our decision to build with Royal. Being an engineer, I could appreciate the level in which they showed us every number and included us on every decision. There was never a point during the whole process that I didn't feel like I wasn't getting what I paid for.
My husband and I have built three homes prior to working with Matt, but none have gone as easy as this one. In fact, they handled all of the permits, HOA approvals and utility coordinate for us... for no extra charge. I had to do this on two of our last homes and swore I would never do that again. Lauren was so easy to work with and helped me make decisions based on the design and budget we were looking to stay within. During construction, many of the trades spoke very highly of Royal Homes and we were impressed with how everything was handled. We look forward to enjoying our new home for many years to come!
Very impressed! Our budget was not the biggest and many other custom builders didn't seem to want to work with us. The whole RDB team was eager to help and offered many suggestions throughout the design and selections process to help keep us at our budget. The end result is a small custom home that fits PERFECTLY for our soon-to-be retired lifestyle.
My company has worked with Royal Homes for nearly 7 years and I wish every builder was more like them. They treat me and my guys with respect, pay on time, and most of all... their plans are great and easy to follow. Other builders should take notes from them.
