In an industry as complex and with as many moving parts as custom home building, OUR PROCESS surely stands out as one of the most critical components to a successful project and happy homeowners.
Royal Design Build Co. integrates the many complicated facets of quality design and construction by creating an environment of exceptional teamwork within our office and directly with each homeowner. In today's world of many regulations, the laborious task of permitting and approvals can cause some owners to not consider building a home. At RDB, we handle everything for you!
During your initial consultation we will go over how each of these steps work together and how we consolidate many items in order to streamline the process and save you months of time and energy.

Children Are Always Welcomed
It is their new house too, and they are excited! We love hearing from kids and allowing them to be an active part of this exciting time. However, we know the attention span for most children during the process is not as long, which is why we provide a safe children's room at our office. In fact, we have a whole adjacent conference room with a glass wall that looks directly into their room so you can keep an eye on them while we work diligently on your home together.
We have kid friendly snacks and drinks, a tv and DVD player, children movies, coloring books, reading books and WiFi they can connect their devices to.
